Group Coaching

Our online group coaching services in Saskatchewan are typically one 60-minute session per week.

1) Centering – to pause before reacting or speaking – 4 weeks and can continue as the group chooses.

2) Become your own best friend when it comes to how you treat yourself – 6 weeks

3) Parents with Presence – 6 weeks

$75/hour session – fees in Canadian dollars
