About Me

I work with EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE doing the UNORDINARY! It is truly a gift and a pleasure!

I live in the unordinary. Sometimes life doesn’t happen as expected. I am a mom to a 25-year-old son with a rare syndrome and medical needs, two younger daughters & a wife to a husband who recently overcame stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. I am a certified Forest Bathing Therapist, I am a presence-based positive psychological health and well-being online coach in Canada. I am also an Educational Psychologist and began my career as a Special Needs Teacher. My background and life experience give my clients a unique coaching experience tailored to their needs.
